Levi is very serious. He's childhood friends with Matilda, , and cares a lot for her. He's always looking out for her, and the two are inseparable. He always takes responsibility for her.
Matilda is the only other person he ever expresses his emotions with. To others, he's always grumpy, serious, and quiet, but he warms up to Matilda.

The bandages around his legs, neck and tail are used to hold his limbs and body together with magic. If you were to remove the bandage around his neck, his head would start floating! Not even Matilda knows why this happens, but she knows not to annoy him with it, for he is very sensitive about it. Apparently, this happened after an accident in a war of some kind. He uses the crystals to control the magic.
