Background
Hugh was raised in the wild by his Lucario mother. His father was a Blaziken, and belonged to a trainer. Hugh learned his egg move, Blaze Kick, from him.
Hugh has lived in the forest ever since he was born and knows most of the Pokémon around. He tends to challenge them for fights, and although his strong will to win comes in handy, he often loses. He has learned to carry a bandage for whenever he gets himself injured.
Hugh obtained his scarf from his mother after she left the forest to live with his father. Hugh had refused to be kept as a ''pet'', and stayed behind, capable of caring for himself. He loves making friends and babbling about nonsense all day long, but sometimes he has his quiet moods where he just sits in silence, and no one can figure out what's wrong.

Extra Information
Scarf was worn by his mother.
Bandage is wrapped around his arm just in case her gets himself (or others) hurt, so that he has a way to stop bleeding etc.
He vaguely knows about berries to treat wounds.
He loves taking on challenges and meeting new Pokémon.
He's actually very smaller than other Riolu, and is often picked on about looking younger than he is.
